Peel back the packaging and the scent of chocolate, toffee and sweet spices bursts through, a result of a complex blend of 6 different roast profiles of cacao from Prachuap Khirikhan (Thailand) along the passionate toil of the coconut blossom nectar harvesters.

Our coconut blossom nectar is harvested from a small farm in Amphawa in Thailand where the coconut trees grow on brackish water and sandy loam which make it perfectly suited to producing intense coconut nectar with umami. The trees are tapped at 3am in the morning and the nectar is boiled before dawn to ensure absolute freshness and flavor. In between tappings, the trees are left to rest for a few months to recuperate and concentrate their nutrition and flavor once again in the sap.

This dedication to crafting coconut sugar can be tasted the moment the chocolate melts on the tongue. A rich & savory taste of clotted cream envelopes the palate followed by tangy, sweet tamarind with a hint of jasmine flowers. A taste of Prachuap’s terroir.

Take a short breath and juicy green mango appears alongside sprinklings of cardamom, cloves and oak, a nod to Lachua's Cacao.

As the last of the chocolate disappears, the aftertaste of roasted almonds and raisins appear, giving a delicious finale to a chocolate full of finesse and surprises.

It should be stored in a cool, dry place, preferably between 18-20 degrees. But it is ok to store in your fridge. Shelf life: 1 years after the manufacturing date
